French labor law obliges Sanofi to verify the compliance of its suppliers with regards to undeclared work (otherwise known as “duty of vigilance”). This requires that your company provide us with some official documents which we must verify and retain in case of inspection.

Sanofi has chosen a specialized company - Provigis - to collect and process this documentation. As such, Provigis is formally authorized to act on behalf of Sanofi.

As a supplier to Sanofi, we expect your company to support Provigis and provide them with the required documentation as soon as possible.
